Tell us in a video (under 2 minutes) how you use technology to monitor or manage blood pressure, and you could win $5,500 in cash prizes. Whether you’re a patient, a friend/family member, a caregiver, or a healthcare provider, we want to hear your story!

What kind of technology can help manage blood pressure?
Some examples include personal e-health tools such as health related web sites, mobile apps, online communities, email/text reminders and other software; remote monitoring devices; and Health IT tools such as electronic health records (EHRs), personal health records (PHRs), and electronic prescribing (e-prescribing).
