Welcome to ChallengePost, the place where problems get solved through competitive challenges. Want an iPhone app that lets you know if there’s a deal at your favorite retailer? How about an inexpensive solar-powered generator for your apartment? Or a better way to teach kids math?
Once a challenge is created, other people can JOIN the challenge and pledge money, a gift, or simply written appreciation. Those incentives, which are payable only if a challenge is solved, encourage others to solve a problem and earn the rewards.
Solvers also receive public Thank You Notes on their profile page, along with listings of all the challenges they’ve solved, the people they’ve helped, and why it mattered to them.
If you don’t want to post a full challenge (which has rules, judges, and pledges), go ahead and post a wish on our site or through Twitter (with #cpost), or browse around and share someone else’s wish. It might inspire a challenge, or allow people to find you when a new challenge gets created.
